Trail Tone (TM) is a fun fitness session that helps you get in shape as nature intended -- using your body in nature! No weights, no walls, no treadmill. The trail has its own "hills" program without even pushing a button. Breathe fresh air, see mountain views, explore the wilderness with fun hiking buddies, and get a toned body.
Adventure Guide, Angeline Duran Piotrowski, will lead this 90 minute experience that includes a 3 mile hike and targeted toning exercises.
All you need is a good pair of shoes and a refreshing bottle of water.
